This Privacy Policy explains how Syno Labs LLC ("Syno Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the Run Wars iOS and Apple Watch app (the "App") and related services (together, the "Service").

We do not sell or "share" (as defined in the CCPA/CPRA) personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Syno Labs is based in the USA and our providers process data mainly in the USA. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework certifications of our providers, where applicable. Korean users: see the Korean policy for the overseas transfer disclosure required by PIPA Art. 28-8.

Run Wars is not directed at children. You must be at least 14 years old to use it (or 16 where local law requires a higher age for consent without parental approval, e.g. some EEA countries). If we learn that we have collected data from a child below the applicable age without valid consent, we will delete it.
We use encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase security rules that limit each user to their own private data, server-side validation of territory captures, and least-privilege access. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the regulators as the law requires.
We will post updates here and notify you in the App for material changes, at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that disadvantage you, where required).

회사는 이용자의 동의나 법령상 근거 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 특성상 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 국가, 러닝 경로·기록, 점령 영토, 게시물은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 프로필을 비공개로 설정할 수 있으나, 점령한 영토는 공용 지도에 항상 표시됩니다.
회사는 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 해당 정보는 국외로 이전됩니다(개인정보보호법 제28조의8). 이전은 서비스 이용 중 정보통신망을 통해 수시로 이루어집니다.

보유기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보·위치정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만으로 확인되면 해당 계정을 삭제합니다.
전송 구간 암호화(TLS), 데이터베이스 접근 통제(보안 규칙), 서버 측 영토 점령 검증, 접근 권한 최소화, 내부 관리계획 수립을 시행합니다.
회사는 광고 목적의 추적 기술이나 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 앱은 설정 저장을 위해 기기 내 저장소(UserDefaults)를 사용합니다.
변경 내용은 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 앱과 웹사이트에 공지합니다.
